If you believe the product you have purchased is faulty. Please contact us via live chat in the bottom right hand corner of this page. Select "Track and Manage My Orders" and then "Report Issue"
Please provide us with a few more details regarding the defect you noticed, along with photos of the issue so we can rectify this as quickly as possible for you.

In some instances we will have to contact the supplier of the product, but we will aim to get back to you as soon as possible.
If we deem the product to be faulty we should be able to send you a replacement without you having to send the item back to us, although some suppliers do ask for the item to be returned for a quality control check.
If we are unable to issue you with a replacement, we may offer you a store credit as an alternative.
